Yesterday was a bear of a day! It was Monday, lots of frustrating conversations, and mini fires that were flamed by short tempered people (including me!) Later that afternoon, an email caught my eye, the subject line was simply: Yay! Boy, oh boy, I couldn’t wait to open it. It was a note from a Fantasia Sales Rep; she was excited that both her personal and team numbers were up from last month.Now I have to tell you, that Yay made my day!
