Make them Drool First

A couple of our Sales Managers took a booth at a network expo this past weekend. I happened to be a keynote speaker, so I spent the afternoon casually observing how attendees behaved not only at our booth, but with all the others. Amazing what you learn and “remember” when you step back and listen! Things that worked the best:Experiential: people like to poke, prod, touch, taste.
