Raving Fans Becomes YOUR Sales Force

Wow! Ain’t it the truth in our home party business or what? Don’t you love it when your hostesses and her friends BRAG about how great you treat them how much fun you are,  how ‘nice’ and/or generous? These RAVING Fans in essence become YOUR sales force, they sell you, they sell for you, they sell your business and keep your business going for YOU!

So how can you create RAVING Fans?
–Thrill your hostesses: connect with them before, during, and after a party. Critical: it doesn’t stop once you leave her door!
–Focus on education, and especially on FUN during your presentation. Make it ‘all about them’
–Connect during and especially AFTER a presentation with every customer. Call and or/email them to see if they got their order and if they are happy. Huge tip: Invite them into your social online circle (like Facebook) grow them into a Raving Fan.
–Customer returns? Customer complaints? The last thing you want to do is ‘pass them off’ to someone else. Be the in between, do the leg work, follow through for them, and do whatever you can do to make it right, even if it isn’t profitable for the moment. This INSURES a Raving Fan.
