Know what happens when you call your hostess with delivery information regarding party orders?
(Or, if they have been delivered, a call to make sure everything was ok?)
You kill two birds with one call.
1. Your host adds ” trust-worthy”, “gives great service” as adjectives to describe you to others, essentials to keep your home party business going.
2. You opened the door to a continuing conversation, relationship AND an opportunity to ask for:
—A referral, someone they know who may be interested in your service, especially the no-shows
—Outside orders from no-shows
And there are always no-shows who are interested! You just have ask!
There is no better “excuse” to call.
P.S. you get UPS/shipping tracking numbers now to your email address every time one of your orders/parties are shipped. This is a GREAT reason to call your hostess and/or customer! Keep providing her simple service and while building an even better business relationship. She will pass the word, guaranteed!
