Get Yourself Committed

Ever hear the saying “You’re your own worse boss!”

Well, you know…you can actually make that work for you.

And as your boss, you can insist your employee (that’s you) commit themself, so that there is no question as to whether there is work or that they show up for work.

How?

Grab your calendar and go through the rest of this month and the next two months writing down “party” on the days you want your employee to work.  (Remember, that’s you.)

Why?
Because, you take the most important step in the scheduling process: you build it into your calendar.

Building it into your calendar commits you.
You don’t risk falling off the wagon, or show up for play on that day instead.

You take responsibility in making something happen.

And besides…your boss said so!!!
